An Exchange

We were trying to figure out lunch, and C was looking for options.

"Are you going to eat what's left in the fridge?"

"No."

"Is it too old?"

"Yes."

"It's just been three days."

"I'm not running a rest home for used food."

Fortunately, C has a tremendous (and patient) sense of humor.
