What A DayI'd like to congratulate both the "Legends" and "Leaders" divisions of the Big Ten for having quite possibly the worst day for any major conference in college football history. 0-5 on New Year's day, including ass-blastings for both Michigan and Michigan St.
Hey, at least Wisconsin showed up and played hard.
I wouldn't be mentioning this if Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delaney and Ohio St. President Gordon Gee weren't both completely arrogant asshats about the standing of their conference. Boy, Gordon, you better hope Ohio St. doesn't crap out against Arkansas tomorrow night.
Nebraska also lost to a mediocre Washington team 19-7 in the Holiday Bowl, and they're joining the Big Ten next year. They should fit in perfectly.
