Of course we're doing it, and it won't take a year to compile the results this time.We've done this for so long (maybe 15 years now?) that no one really needs instructions. Just send in your spreadsheet.
The weather here is generally miserable here every year on Halloween, but if it doesn't rain, Michigan is going to have some vintage weather (65 here).
