Catfight
In August, Spark Unlimited (the developers of Call of Duty: Finest Hour) sued Activision. Last Friday, Activision countersued Spark.The only reasoning I'm mentioning this is because it's gotten very, very nasty. There's a Gamespot article that details Activision's allegations against Spark, and it's worth reading. Plus the phrase "a guy in a turban with a really big knife" is now going to enter the classic Dictionary of Stupid, right alongside "the blur can be disarmed."
