"Where are the straws?" I asked the lady at the counter."No straws," she said cheerily. "We have to save the turtles."
That's fair. I like turtles.
That made me think, though. Is it better that we stop using straws to save the turtles, or should we start teaching turtles how to use straws?
This is provocative, edgy thinking.
Top three ways that turtles could enjoy using straws:
1. adult beverages
2. a snorkel
3. a periscope (bendy straws only)
