Wii Pre-Orders in U.S. Friday
Everyone in the world knows this by now, but Gamestop/EB are accepting pre-orders for the Wii tomorrow morning when the stores open.There's on obscure little E.B. about five minutes from where I live and I'll swing by there about 9:30 in the morning. If I had to, I'd be willing to wait several hours outside Best Buy on launch day, but I'm not going to wait for an hour or more to get a freaking pre-order. And Nintendo has an extremely good track record with launch day inventory when it comes to consoles.
On my way in to work tomorrow (probably around 8:30), I'll pass right by two different Gamestops, and I'll check to see if there's a line of any size, just for a general interest level check.
