F.E.A.R. Demo
Wow.Okay, it does run like an absolute pig, but it looks fantastic and is very atmospheric. And Monolith has done some nice things like reduce the size of the HUD (in 1600x1200, anyway) to where it's useful but not distracting.
This game has a million units written all over it if they can finish it properly.
